Before you start
Preparation differs from test to test. The instructions for use in your kit are the ones that apply to your test — read them before you open anything.

Questions
Common questions
What if my sample can't be analysed?+
The laboratory checks every sample before analysis. If yours cannot be analysed, we contact you by email to agree the next step.
How is the kit delivered and how do I return the sample?+
The kit comes by post. Shipping across the EU is free. The envelope for sending your sample back to the laboratory is in the box: seal the dried sample card in the foil bag, put it in the envelope and post it the same or the next day, as described in the instructions.
Can I return the kit?+
Unopened kits can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Because the kit is a single-use medical device, we cannot accept opened kits. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
How accurate is a finger-prick sample?+
The kit is a CE-marked in vitro diagnostic device for self-sampling of capillary blood. What matters most is collecting the sample as the instructions describe: a full drop in each circle, dried for the time stated, posted promptly.
Can I take the test while on medication or during pregnancy?+
Most tests can be taken while on medication, but some medicines change the result. The instructions in your kit say what to avoid before sampling. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or under 18, please check with your doctor first.
Who sees my results?+
Only you and the laboratory that analyses your sample. Results are published online and opened with the code printed on your kit. Personal data is processed under GDPR.
